Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses a small cookie to keep you logged in to your account and to remember your shopping cart.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company that runs Facebook and Instagram). It tells us when someone visits our site, places an order or sends us a request after seeing one of our Facebook or Instagram posts or ads. This helps us understand which posts and ads are useful and show them to people likely to be interested in our bees. To do this, Meta may set cookies in your browser and collect information such as the pages you visit on our site, your browser type and your IP address. Meta's use of this information is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.
You can limit this tracking:
- In your Facebook or Instagram account, under Ad Preferences
- Through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page
- By blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings
Other services on our site
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam. It is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Maps and Google Calendar are embedded on our location and calendar pages.
- Our website and email are run by our web hosting provider.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep customer, order and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and for tax and bookkeeping purposes. Our site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and our database backups are encrypted.
Your choices
You can view and update your contact information at any time from My Account. To ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you emails, just email us at stonewallapiary@gmail.com or reply to any message we send. We may need to keep some order and payment records for tax purposes.
Children
Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
